Most AI assistants give you information. The Chronos Agent gives you outcomes. Press Cmd+J from anywhere in the app to open the chat dock, describe what you need, and the agent carries it out — creating tasks, rescheduling blocks, finding open slots, or generating a week summary — all without switching context. Notifications surface in Slack when the agent reschedules work on your behalf so your team always knows where things stand.

What you can ask the agent

The agent has direct access to your tasks, calendar events, and scheduling engine. It can answer scheduling questions, carry out multi-step actions, and explain its decisions in plain language.

The agent uses prompt caching to keep responses fast, runs each turn under a per-user budget so a heavy chat session can't spike costs unexpectedly, and keeps chat history for the current week before auto-purging it after seven days. Every action the agent takes can be undone within 30 seconds via the undo toast that appears after each change.
