Booking Links

Create public booking pages so clients, colleagues, and contacts can schedule time with you based on your real-time availability.

How It Works

Booking links work like Calendly โ€” you create a link, share it with others, and they can pick from your available time slots. Your availability is calculated in real time based on your weekly schedule minus existing tasks, events, and bookings.

Creating a Booking Link

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Links
  2. Click "Create Booking Link"
  3. Enter a title (e.g., "30-Minute Coffee Chat")
  4. Set a URL slug (e.g., coffee-chat)
  5. Configure duration, buffer time, and advance booking limits
  6. Save and share the link

Configuration Options

Duration

How long each meeting will be (15 to 240 minutes). This determines the size of available slots shown to bookers.

Buffer Time

Time between bookings to prevent back-to-back meetings. Default is 10 minutes.

Minimum Notice

How far in advance someone must book. Prevents last-minute surprises. Default is 4 hours.

Maximum Advance

How far into the future bookings are allowed. Default is 60 days.

Conflict Prevention

Booking links automatically prevent double-bookings. When someone selects a slot, the system revalidates availability at the moment of booking to ensure no conflicts have appeared since the page loaded.

Tip:Your weekly availability settings determine which slots are shown. Make sure your availability is up to date in Settings > Schedule before sharing booking links.

Managing Bookings

Viewing Incoming Bookings

Go to Settings > Booking Linksand click on any link to see all bookings. Each booking shows the booker's name, email, time, and any notes they provided.

Cancelling a Booking

Click the cancel button next to any booking. You can optionally provide a reason which helps with communication.
