How Team Booking Works

Team Booking creates a shared booking page that routes incoming meeting requests across your team using round-robin assignment. When a visitor selects a time slot, Chronos checks all team members' availability and assigns the meeting to whoever is next in rotation — balancing the load automatically without manual coordination.

Setting Up a Team Booking Page

  1. Go to Teams › Booking

Navigate to your team settings and select the Booking tab.

  2. Create a booking page

Click New Booking Page. Give it a name (e.g., “Sales Discovery Call”) and set the meeting duration.

  3. Add team members

Select which team members participate in this booking pool. Only members with connected calendars and configured availability are eligible to receive bookings.

  4. Configure buffer time

Set buffer time before and after meetings to give team members preparation and follow-up time.

  5. Share the booking link

Copy the unique booking URL and add it to your website, email signature, or send it directly to clients.

Assignment & Availability

Round-robin assignment

Bookings rotate through eligible team members in order. If a member is unavailable at the selected time, the next available person in the rotation receives it. Each member's booking count is tracked so the load stays balanced over time.

Availability pooling

The booking calendar shows the union of all team members' available slots. A time slot appears as bookable if at least one team member is free — so visitors always see maximum availability even when some members are busy.

Calendar conflicts

Chronos checks each member's connected calendar in real time. If a member has a conflicting event, they are automatically skipped for that slot — no double bookings.

Tip: Make sure every team member in the pool has their availability and calendar connection set up before launching the booking page. Members without availability configured are excluded from assignment and visitors may see fewer available slots.
