When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. The full new plan rate applies from your next billing date.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
If you downgrade and have features that exceed your new plan's limits (e.g., team booking on the Teams plan downgrading to Pro), those features become read-only — your data is preserved but you'll need to upgrade to use them again.
All subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from Settings › Billing. From there you can:

Your account continues to work with Solo-tier features — you keep full access to your existing tasks and events, calendar sync, booking links, habits and journal. Pro features (client portal, Gantt charts, automations, and templates) and Teams features (team scheduling, team booking, allocations, and the executive dashboard) will prompt you to upgrade to the matching tier. Subscribe to any paid plan to restore access to its features immediately.
We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you're not satisfied. Contact support with your account email and reason, and we'll process it promptly.
Yes. Teams is billed at $35 per user per month. Each member you invite to your team counts as one seat.
