What Is Focus Time?

Focus time blocks are recurring periods you designate for uninterrupted deep work. They appear in your daily brief and calendar to signal that this time is reserved for concentrated effort.

Research shows that context-switching can cost 20-40% of productive time. Focus time blocks help you batch deep work and minimise interruptions.
