Shared Calendars are available on the Shared plan and above. Upgrade in Settings › Billing to unlock this feature.
Invite someone to a shared calendar by searching for their name or email. Each member is assigned a permission level that controls what they can do.
Full control — can add/remove members, change permissions, edit all events, and delete the calendar. The creator is automatically the owner.
Can create, edit, and delete events on the calendar. Cannot manage members or calendar settings.
Read-only access. Can see all events but cannot create, edit, or delete them. Useful when one person just needs to see the schedule without making changes.
Shared calendar events appear alongside your personal tasks and events on the main calendar. Each shared calendar uses its assigned colour so you can easily tell them apart.
You can show or hide individual shared calendars from your calendar view. This lets you focus on what's relevant without leaving the calendar entirely.
Owners can rename the calendar at any time from the calendar settings.
Owners can upgrade or downgrade member permissions. For example, promote a Viewer to Editor when they need to start adding events.
Owners can remove members from the shared calendar. Removed members immediately lose access and the calendar disappears from their view.
